Check the date range filter that includes the date of services of the notes (there is a default range).

The green pluses are a result of syncing medications, sealing a med note will update those medications.

The client is in the wrong program. Go to the client's Face Sheet to check the Program that the client is admitted to and make any necessary changes.

Ask your supervisor to transfer the form or note from the wrong client to the correct one.

Click the client's name to open the form/note, then click Remove Form .

Use the program and intervention dropdowns to narrow down what appears.
