Locations Incorrectly Marked as Non-Person | Main Menu > Admin Tools > System Setup (Supplemental) > Location Configuration There was an issue where a newly added location was always marked as a non-person location regardless of how the setting was configured. This issue has been resolved. |
Orphaned Conditional Rules on Forms | Main Menu > Admin Tools > Form Builder There was an issue where deleting a field from a form did not also delete its associated conditional rule, leaving orphaned logic in the form configuration. Conditional rules are now automatically removed when their associated field is deleted. |
Server Error Adding "Create Orders" Permission | Main Menu > Admin Tools > Maintain Users There was an issue where adding the "Create Orders" permission in Maintain Users could cause a server error. This issue has been resolved. |

Conditionally Required Select All That Apply fields | Main Menu > Admin Tools > Form Setup There was an issue where a Select All That Apply field with a conditional required rule required every option to be selected when the rule was true. Only one or more options are now required, which matches how a Select All That Apply field that is always required behaves. There was also an issue where a required Select All That Apply field prevented other conditional rules from working. Visibility and required rules based on a value in a required Select All That Apply field (for example, "Other") did not trigger. A field with a "Visible if Yes/No field = Yes" rule that followed a required Select All That Apply field could also appear when the Yes/No field was blank. These issues have been resolved. |
Orphaned Conditional Rules on Forms | Main Menu > Admin Tools > State Reporting > FASAMS There was an issue where the FASAMS Services export included services that should not have been reported, such as services from programs that do not report to FASAMS. There were also issues where some Services export values did not follow the documented FASAMS configuration. The Services export now works as follows:
