Census Billing: Display Programs "active at the time" of Census Billing Date

This applies to agencies that use NextStep Billing and has programs in clinical linked to billing. 

On the Census Billing page, currently the Program dropdown displays, by default, all programs. However you can now set up NextStep to show only the programs the client was in during the selected Census Date. 

• In System Setup (Supplemental) → Census Billing use the toggle to select either:

• Display all programs, or 

• Only display the client’s programs.

In System Setup (Supplemental) → Billing Configuration, for the Program field, click + to set the order that you want the Programs to appear in the Census Billing dropdown.

Users can now select None or Not Disclosed in the Religion dropdown on the Face Sheet. Having these values also makes it possible to make this field required since the client is able to "opt out."

For agencies with Dispensing enabled, you can now view the Dose Orders grid (from the Dispensing module) directly from the Medication Plan (in NSS clinical). This new Dispensing Dose Orders section will give providers more information to make informed decisions.

For Dispensing agencies, you can update the module's incident report screen by making changes in System Setup (Supplemental) -> Incident Report Configuration section where you can:

• Maintain the items in the Incident type dropdown

• Maintain the items in the others Notified dropdown

• Use the Enabled checkbox in Incident types to control if the types appear in the clinical incident report and

• Use the Is Dispensing Incident? checkbox in Incident types to control if they appear in the clinical incident report and the dispensing incident report. Disabling an Incident Type disables in both clinical and dispensing

For some programs (IHH, billed once/month), the Data of Service on clinical notes was not matching the date of services in Billing Services.  This issue has been fixed.
