Feature Enhancements

Checklist performance and User auto fill	Main Menu > Progress Notes Menu > Bed Checks and Checklists Checklist performance has been improved. Also, the user dropdown for a row is now autofilled with the User who is logged in when entering that cell.
Improvement to Draft Forms dashboard	Main Menu > Reports > Administrative Reports > Incomplete Forms The Draft Forms dashboard was renamed Incomplete Forms. In addition to showing draft forms, it now shows forms that are awaiting Supervisor Signature if you are using the Supervisor Signature feature.
New permission to control users editing and deleting draft notes & forms	Main Menu > Maintain Users and System Setup (Supplemental) > Users Roles The Correction Enabled permission in Maintain Users has been renamed Sealed correction enabled. There is a new Role and User permission, Enable edit/delete others' draft forms and notes that is enabled by default. If you disable this permission, the user will not be able to edit or delete another person’s draft forms or notes. If this permission is disabled for a user, and someone assigns a form or note to that user, that user WILL be able to edit or delete that note as if it were theirs.
Work Completion Trends dashboard	Main Menu > Reports > Administrative Reports > Work Completion Trends The new Work Completion Trends dashboard lets you specify expected days to complete date range, default = this year. If you enter a date range you need to enter both dates. and then review the performance of your organization. The dashboard displays graphs showing % of Notes/Forms sealed within that number of days % of Supervisor Signed Billable Notes/Forms within that number of days % Census Billing forms sealed within that number of days You can then click on a graph to get a breakdown by team member. Click on the back arrow icon to return to the previous graph.
Print Multiple Forms	An update was made to the Document Center's current Print Multiple Form process to use newer printing technology. The goal would be to improve the performance of the current process.

Issues Resolved

Release 11.16.0
Single quotes in user's Display Name breaks signing	If a user’s name contained an apostrophe, it did not autofill in the form's Signature field. This has been fixed.
Change Vitals Laying to Lying	The value in the Position drop down in vitals was changed from Laying to Lying so that the valid values now include Lying, Sitting, Standing.
