Models
Topaz Signature Pads can be used within NSS for electronic signatures. While all models should work with NSS, the Topaz model numbers tested directly with the software are T-LBK-462-BSB-R and T-S460-HSB-R.
Compatible Browsers
Compatible Browsers include IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Topaz is not compatible with Mac Operating System.
Installation
Additional information on how to install the signature pad can be found on the Topaz Systems website. The link will take you to the Topaz SigWeb page. From there, you can find an installation guide at the bottom of the page.
You should be installing the latest version of the Topaz drivers since they may include updates to the driver certificates, and if those certificates expire then the signature pads may stop working.
