Validation warning against Bed Admit before Admission Date

Main Menu > Admissions > Client Locations

If assigning a client to a bed with a date before their Admission Date, you will now receive an error message prompting you to select a different date.

Client Portal Password Reset works the same as NS Login Password Reset

The Client Portal password reset now works the same as NextStep's password reset, providing a simpler process for portal users. When a portal user clicks Forgot Password? they will be prompted for their Portal Username.  An email will be sent to the user’s Portal User Email and contain a link that expires after 15 minutes, which, when clicked, will prompt them for their new password.

Add who Entered, Stopped, Prescribed, and Discontinued Medications to Medication Plan (including DrFirst)

Main Menu > Treatment Planning > Medication Plan > Medications

The following updates have been added to the Medication Plan:

  • The user who entered the medication is now recorded, and the user can also select the Medical Provider who prescribed the medication.

  • When a medication is stopped, the user who stopped the medication is recorded, and the user can also select the Medical Provider who gave the order to discontinue the medication.

  • The column “Added by” was added.

  • The column “Prescribed by” was added to the PRN section.

DrFirst

  • When medications are added or stopped through DrFirst, the user who added or stopped the medication is now recorded in the Medications section of the Medication Plan.

  • Note: For customers who do not use DrFirst and add medications directly to the Medication Plan, a dropdown box, labeled Prescribed by, was added to the Add a Medication To This Plan: section of the Medication Plan  

Orders Widget

  • When using the Orders Widget to stop a medication, a dropdown box, labeled Discontinued by, was added to select the Medical Provider who gave the order to discontinue the medication.

New Groups List Dashboard

Main Menu > Reports > Administrative Reports > Group Overview Dashboard

The new Group Overview Dashboard allows you to assess group activity and attendance for actively used groups. This dashboard includes two tabs. The first tab shows an overview of the groups at your site, and the second tab is a list of group attendees.

The Group Overview tab can be filtered by Location and displays:
- Group Name
- Group Location
- # of Clients assigned to the group
- Users assigned to the group
- The most recent Date of Service for the group.

The Group Attendance tab can be filtered by either Location or Group and displays:
- Group Name
- Client
- Group’s Location
- # of Times Attended
- # of Times Missed
- % of overall attendance for the Client.

Order list of locations in Maintain Users

Maintain Users > Locations

The LOCATIONS list is now alphabetized by Location name.

Add Date of Service Column to Draft Forms Report

Main Menu > Reports > Administrative Reports > Incomplete Forms

The Date of Service (DOS) has been added to the Incomplete Forms Report.

E-Signatures list writes user's credentials on client e-signature

In the Treatment Plan's E-Signature section, there were some cases where the user's credentials would be seen next to a client signature.  This issue has been fixed.

Looking up a client while viewing another’s note

There was an issue where, if you were viewing a Note for a particular client and then chose another client in the Client Details panel, the Notes for the first client would still be displayed.  This has been addressed.

Signature Box and PDF mapped forms

There was an issue with the size of the signature in a Signature field on a PDF Mapped form.  This issue has been fixed.
