Release 11.7.3
Error When Finalizing or Signing Notes	Users were reporting that their Chart/Progress Notes were returning an error when a second user attempted to edit then save that note. This issue has been resolved and users will be able to Finalize or Sign Chart/Progress Notes as expected.
