Apply Activity Code Min/Max Times to Clinical Billing Data box

Clinical > Main Menu > Admin Tools > System Setup (Supplemental) > Billing Configuration

NextStep has a new setup option that, when enabled, applies the rules in the Minimum Time to Bill and Maximum Time to Bill fields in the Master Activity Code Form in Billing, which will now carry over to the Clinical Billing Data box. Applying these rules to the Billing Data box will not allow the user to finalize a note/form without meeting the time criteria set up in Billing. 

Your agency must have NextStep Billing to use this feature.

Services Preprocessor Usability Upgrades

File > Services > Services > Services - Preprocessor Form

Additional upgrades have been added to the Services Preprocessor Form. These upgrades will provide more visibility into what is being processed and make it more user-friendly. The upgrades include:

• Double-click the header of the column to sort by ascending order
• Move a column and it stays after exiting the Billing module
• Shows the total number of records count
• After clicking the Generate button, a new pop-up will show the number of Services to Generate before clicking Ok to generate.

Cannot delete Activity Code Group if in use

Maintenance and Setup > Activity Codes > Activity Code Billing Groups

A user is no longer able to Delete an Activity Code Billing Group if the group is part of a rule in the Activity Code Service Bundle List.
