Create an Activity Code Group

Maintenance and Setup > Activity Codes > Activity Code Billing Groups
NextStep Billing can create groupings of Activity Codes to be used in conjunction with the Activity Code Bundle Setup. After navigating to the form, the user will create a Group Name and then open a transfer list pop-up to select which Activity Codes to add to the grouping.
To streamline form names in NextStep Billing, what was previously known as Activity Code Groups has been renamed Activity Code Add-on Code Setup.

Billing NPI Override |
Maintenance and Setup > Billing NPI Override
The Billing NPI Override feature (previously named Billing NPI Override by Program) allows the user to set up a Billing NPI (Loop 2010AA) for specific Programs, Insurances, Staff, Activity Codes, or Site IDs. This also includes an option to override the name of the Billing Provider if needed.
Note: If multiple overrides are added with overlapping information, the most granular setup will be used. Additionally, if a Line Item fits within more than one of the override criteria, the most recently added override will be pulled into the 837 file. |

CO253 Adjustments Kicking down to next payer instead of adjusting balance off
| Previously, CO Adjustments were kicking down to the next payer instead of adjusting off the balance. This has been resolved. This was primarily affecting CO-253 adjustments from Medicare.
