Agencies who use NSS Dispensing can update the module's incident report screen by making changes in System Setup (Supplemental) to the Incident Report Configuration section where you can:

• Maintain the items in the Incident type dropdown

• Maintain the items in the others Notified dropdown

• Use the Enabled checkbox in Incident types to control if they appear in the clinical incident report and

• Use the Is Dispensing Incident? checkbox in Incident types to control if they appear in the clinical incident report and the dispensing incident report.

• Disabling an Incident Type disables in both clinical and dispensing.
