Client Pass History report updates



Main Menu > Reports > Client Reports > Client Pass History Report


The Client Pass History report now includes Dosage, Units, and Form for each pass and the formatting has been improved.  Note: Client Reports is a setup option and may not appear if your agency does not have it enabled.


Self-serve password reset feature

Login Screen > Forgot Password 

Authorized users who forget their passwords now have the capability to request a reset without having to contact a system administrator.

Release 11.13.1

Form Referencing Pulling New Signatures to Previous Forms
When a form is set to Duplicate Previous Copy, fields of type Signature will no longer be copied to new instances of that form. This also fixes an issue where a signature in newer instances of a form could have appeared on an older instance.
eMAR pass editing updated; edited information now correctly carried into reports
In the past, a user could make edits to information about a medication pass that were not picked up on some reports.  This issue has been resolved.

Integration with Clinical Exchange for Labwork
NextStep now has the ability to send orders to and receive results from laboratories supported by Optum’s Clinical Exchange service.
Display only the Client's Programs in the Billing Data box

Clinical > Main Menu > Admin Tools > System Setup (Supplemental) > Billing Configuration


NextStep has a new setup option that, when enabled, separates the Program dropdown in the Billing Data box into two groups. The top group will display the Client’s Programs for the chosen Date of Service and the second grouping will display All Programs.

Your agency must use NextStep Billing to utilize this feature.

Billing Discharge Date does not match clinical Transfer Date

Clinical > Admissions > Transfer Forms-Discharge Forms
Billing > File > Client > Client > Client Admissions


Previously, when using a Transfer Form, the date the Form was Updated would populate as the Discharge Date in the Client Admissions List in NextStep Billing. This has been resolved. The Discharge Date now reflects the Transfer Date.
Cannot search by a single day in clinical Line Item AR by Date Type report

Main Menu > Practice Management > Billing Reports > Line Item AR by Date Type


Previously, when entering a Date Range into the Report Parameters, no results would return if filtering by a single day. This has been resolved.
Fix how Add-On Code groups affect "$" columns in clinical Line Item AR by Date Type report

Previously, when using the Activity Code Add-on Code Setup in NextStep Billing, the Line Item Payment and Balance columns for codes in the Add-on Code setup would combine in this report. This has been resolved. The totals will be separated.
Field referencing Notes from Form Setup had errors when selecting a Note type

Main Menu > Admin Tools > Form Setup > Select Form > Add or Edit Field > Add or Edit Field Reference > Select a Note


Previously, when adding Field References to a Form,  if users selected a Note type, they received an error.  This has been resolved.
