Below is a listing of the standard Adjustment Note reasons that are available in System Codes in the NextStep Billing Engine. Follow the path above to access System Codes and in the Code Type Locator field, enter TXNNT to see the list. It may be necessary to add your own Adjustment Note reasons that are used in your office to the list. To do so, follow the steps in Add Adjustment Codes used in Office.
Tip: To quickly locate an Adjustment Note reason press Ctrl + F on your keyboard and type the Code Value or part of the description. |
